SelectUSA Tech, hosted by the U.S. Department of Commerce, which is regarded by global technology startups as the best channel to expand business opportunities in the United States, will be held in Washington, D.C. from June 26 to 29 this year.
SelectUSA is the U.S. federal government program for business investment, including two main events as SelectUSA Investment Summit and SelectUSA Tech.
SelectUSA Investment Summit is the premier annual event, organized by U.S. Department of Commerce, dedicated to promoting foreign direct investment. Topics, as current investment environment, industry trends and latest investment opportunities, are discussed during the investment summit. It attracts more than 3,000 participants each year, including 1,200 representatives from international companies, investment communities and government commerce departments from various countries. Beginning from 2020, Tech Program, an innovation project has been set up additionally, and competition activities has been held to invite investment organizations to participate.
In the fierce competition from more than 50 countries and more than 350 start-up teams, Touché Solutions get elected to participate in SelectUSA Tech Startup Pitching Sessions, which is a competition for startups. Unique robotics technical products will be presented face-to-face to U.S. venture capitals, investment institutions, representatives of startup ecosystems, industry experts and assessors.
This year, Touché Solutions was elected as Taiwan representative and will make a pitch. It would be a great help to arrange the U.S. market and to extend the business domain in the worldwide scale.
